As you may have noticed, after being elected to the School Board in 2010, I have stayed away from this blog. I did not feel it an appropriate forum for an elected official - if I had something to say, I simply did it publicly.
I will be making a few new posts and using this site as the web presence in my re-election campaign this Spring. Check back for my statements and viewpoints on various issues.

certain decisions that were less than popular in some circles - I

- (Personally) I have been married for 21 years: my wife is an RN; I have a step-son, a step-daughter and two daughters. All three daughters are graduates of West Bend West High School. I am a grandfather and currently have the privilege of seeing him every day as he and his father live with us. (Professionally) I have an architectural degree and work as a consultant in the construction industry dealing with facility maintenance/renovation issues, specifically in the roofing, building envelope and hardscape areas.
